Your Willamette Valley Real Estate Expert
Meet Alex
I'm Alex, a native Oregonian and Salem resident. It's been a blast witnessing the incredible growth and prosperity of our mid-valley community, especially in recent years. I was raised in a Realtor household - both of my parents have been agents here for decades. From a young age, I was fascinated with real estate and community development.
Now, as a Licensed Oregon Real Estate Agent, I have the honor of continuing their legacy at John L Scott - a PNW brokerage with a tradition of transactional excellence and client satisfaction. I am also a proud member of the Mid-Valley, Oregon, and National Association of Realtors, and I've sworn to uphold its values, standards, and code of ethics.
Over the years I've gained intimate knowledge of the area, and established great local connections - inspectors, contractors, lenders, and other qualified local professionals to help get the job done right.
I strive be your hyper-local expert by consistent research and education. Blending my local knowledge with the latest real estate technology, I am able to put my clients one step ahead of the competition.
In my free time I enjoy playing guitar, reading, hiking, and cycling. I am a proud owner of a tuxedo cat, and more houseplants than I can count.
Salem
The second largest city in Oregon, after Portland, Salem is home to a handful of universities and colleges including Western Oregon University, George Fox University, and Willamette University, the oldest university in the American west. Salem is also the capitol of the Oregon . The Capitol Building is set amid a park and lovely gardens and is filled with art from local Oregon artists. Located in the center of the Willamette Valley, there’s plenty to do and see in Salem. Riverfront Park is host to many events through the warmer months including a Dragon Boat Festival and Bite of Salem. Stop by during the summer for the Marion County Fair and the Oregon State Fair. Art festivals, Saturday Market, Farmer’s Market, film festival, museums and some of the oldest buildings in Oregon round out the list of activities you can find here . Beautiful views of the mountains, including Mount Hood and Mount Jefferson can often be seen from throughout the city. This used to be a prominent cherry growing area and b ut much of the farmland has now been converted to family friendly neighborhoods. Within Salem, there are 18 recognized neighborhood associations which helps each neighborhood maintain a distinct feel. In Salem, the commutes tend to be short, the air is cle an and pure, the parks are beautiful, and there’s plenty of family - friendly activities. With many colleges, universities, and vocational programs, as well as the home to many of the state employees, this is a city that works hard to make doing business eas y. If this sounds like a place you’d like to call home, let us know! We’d love to show you around and help you find your dream home
